Corellian Conflict Setup

Last Monday saw the start of the Corellian Conflict at the local game store, Dice Age Games.  We have 6 players that are all really excited about getting going with the campaign.  I am going to be posting the progress of the campaign here on the blog, so you can follow along.



We have more Imperial players locally than Rebel players, so I knew that I would be leading up the Rebel contingent.  There was a lot of excitement about the campaign and curiosity about how it might play out.  Nobody really knew what to expect.  I think we were all interested to see how fleet building would go.

For the Rebel fleets we tried to coordinate to have one fleet for attack, one to defend, and one that could play either way.  We looked at the Special Assaults and made sure that our fleets would match up well with those objectives.

With the fleets chosen it was time to grab our initial systems.  The Imperials definitely had more of a plan here than the Rebels.  We hadn't really coordinated our choices and I think ended up with some suboptimal starting locations.
